Like many of my clients that I have supported as a holistic nutritionist and weight-loss consultant, I have experienced the revolving door of the weight-loss industry. Sometimes riding the waves of success and feeling strong, happy and confident and then as weight started to creep back so did the feelings of frustration and disappointment. After many years of experiencing the highs and lows, I embarked on a journey of education and research, learning more about nutrition, exercise, the body, mind and spirit.

My passion lies in assisting you towards reaching your weight-loss and health goals, and finding long term balance so that you are empowered to take control of your own health and weight. Learning to feel good about yourself is so important when it comes to weight goals but you don’t need to wait until you get to your goal before you start to feel good. A few small basic changes and the right motivation can be all that you need, with support along the way.
Each of us is unique with different nutritional requirements, so I work on an individual basis rather than a one diet fits all strategy, using a holistic wholefood approach.
It is often the way we look and feel that can motivate us to want to reduce excess weight. One of the many benefits besides looking and feeling great when making changes to your diet and lifestyle, is that you are able to support the body in its natural healing process.
